Once the main parts of the floor are sanded, we work closer to the edges and corners of the room using smaller, handheld sanders that won't damage the walls or the trim. We make sure that the entire floor is smooth and even right up to the very edges of the floor.

Hardwood sanding can be a little bit of a dusty job. We always make sure to have the proper equipment on hand to ensure that as little dust as possible gets out of the room. We also prep the room by covering up any vents or doors where dust may seep through.
